This is the legal binding document between website user, referred to as “you” or “user” and Long Hai, listed in the artcle 2.1 below, and referred to as “we”.
1.Applicable Terms
1.1. 4. Member account
4.1 The user should register as a website member to get access and uses of certain membership services. Long Hai reserves the right to cancel a member account if we discover a violation or suspected membership.
4.2 After registration is complete, we will issue you an account and a password and may be an email address for you to exchange information with sufficient capacity to receive and send mail.
4.3. Once granted a username and a password, you are solely responsible for your privacy and each user is given only one password.

4.5 Members sharing accounts with multiple people may cause damage to Long Hai, and we do not bear any losses when more than one member uses the same account, there could be risks of security for the account owners themselves.
5. Responsibilities of members
5.1 Each member agrees that he or she has sufficient authority to accept the Terms and Conditions concerning the use of the services of our website.
5.2 Once officially become a member, all the information you provide is stored in our database. And we may use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
5.3 Each member is the sole representative is solely responsible for obtaining the license relating to the content that you post provided by other parties. Your content must not infringe patents, trademarks, trade names, and copyrights. When you have the authority to sell and export trade, you have to ensure that you are not subject to any commercial reistriction or legal limitation of the law of Vietnam or other country or judgements of international courts.
6. Violations of member.
6.1 Members acknowledge and agree that the services are only used by businesses and business representatives and are not shared by multiple individuals or consumers. Each member is responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the respective countries.
6.2 We reserve the right to remove, modify or deny any user content that you submit to be displayed on our website that we find unlawful, or require you to make a modification.
6.3 If a member violates any term, Long Hai has the right to implement disciplinary actions, if appropriate, to stop or terminate the account of the member or all accounts identified related.
6.4 Long Hai has the right to cooperate with relevant government agencies in investigating suspected criminal acts. We have the right to disclose identity information and contact information of members, if required by law enforcement agencies, government. Long Hai is not liable for any damages or results arising from the disclosure, and members agree not to take any action or claim against Long Hai.
6.5 If a Member has an act in violation of the Terms, we reserve the right to publish infringing records on the website. The breach relates to the fraud and honesty of the activity.
6.6 We may, in our sole discretion, restrict or terminate any of our services without liability to members, if we find a violation, suspected members of the offending the agreement.
6.7 Members agree to indemnify Long Hai for any costs that may arise from posting or displaying your account in violation of these terms or in violation of the laws of Vietnam or in other countries.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Each user need to accept the risks for downloading any product through the website and be responsible for any damage to our computer system.

9.1 Long Hai is the sole or authorized owner of all rights and interests in the site and its content. All trademark , ownership and intellectual property rights in this website and its content will be maintained by Long Hai

10. General regulations
10.1 If any Terms of Agreement are between you and Long Hai concerning your use of the website services, any prior agreements shall be superseded by new ones over the same important topic through a written document or oral communication.
10.2 Long Hai and you are the independent contractor, have no co-operation, joint venture and employee employment, the cede the right of the relationship is created by the relating Terms.

12.7 If you are from outside the territory of Vietnam, these Terms will be governed by the laws of Vietnam without regard to its conflict with other laws and with the involving parties, the Terms allow submitting to the jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam. If you are from Vietnam (the "Vietnamese"), these Terms will be governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam without regard to its conflict with other laws and with participating parties.
